REFUND AND RIGHT OF RETURN POLICY

To receive a refund, you must contact us by email at softwarecaduk@gmail.com within 30 days of purchase. You must provide us with the order number and the licence key number.

If you report a faulty product to us, we will diagnose the fault within 24 hours and suggest steps to resolve the problem.

If we can't fix the fault, you will receive a replacement product or a full refund. If you ask us for help and we can't fix a technical problem, we promise to give you a full refund. It takes 5-10 working days to process the refund.

Please note that all licences sold by SOFTWARECADUK are valid for a single PC and cannot be transferred to another PC.

Software compatibility is entirely the responsibility of the customer as we sell the licences. All software is supplied by Microsoft and is copyright protected, therefore no refunds will be made for software compatibility.

Defective keycodes will be replaced or refunded at the customer's option. Defective codes can only be verified by us with the issue of Microsoft PID Checker.

Licensed Software is not responsible for local computer problems that may prevent the normal operation of software.

All products sold by softwarecaduk include a 1-year warranty for PC reinstallation and reset as well as free chat/email support.

In order to deliver the goods immediately, as we do, we require express consent so that we do not withhold the goods for the 30-day cooling-off period. Remember that the consumer loses the right to cancel the contract once they have given their express consent to commence delivery of the digital content. However, rest assured that this is a legitimate fulfilment and that our only concern is your satisfaction; therefore, we will support any order without requesting cancellation based on this point.

When purchasing with a card, you can dispatch your order immediately after sending the payment. When you purchase a product key, instructions will be sent on how to install the product including a download link so you do not need an external USB installation drive.


As stated in the "Purchasing" section above, if you are purchasing more than three product codes, please allow some time for your order to be processed. It usually takes less than an hour to receive your entire order. For purchases of more than 10 product keys/licences, it may take up to 12 hours to process your order.
